This part of the site is an introductory & intermediate tutorial on Lean Thinking, Theory of Constraints (TOC) & Six Sigma & how they interact with each other to routinely produce stunning business results.  (See: Case Studies & Testimonials)  “Stunning” results are not supposed to be “routine.”  However, that is simply because, until very recently, the methods you will be introduced to on this site were NOT part of almost any business school or community or industry association education program.  Until very recently, you would never even come across them unless you studied the junior and senior college courses in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.  And even then, only at select colleges or universities.
